you need a spare offside arm and get a new ball joint get to the garage and let them put it in, then you will not be off the road.its only 30mins job to change the arm.

cant say i remember pressing mine in and out

umpkin 27-01-2008 21:57

when mine failed the MOT i got a set for local motor facors, i tapped mine out quite easily with a club hammer after i took off the retaining circlip, luckily i didnt mash up the joint as the new ones didnt fit, were loose in the arm, so i have to get mine from nissan £120 per side :o

sadly mine prolly didnt fit due to the previous owner having alot of odds and sod done by mr rosenberg and his motley crew......

well i have one nice and shiny, new ball jont, getting it fitted tommorw! gota take the car to the garage to have it fitted tho :( the bolts on the arm wont budge, even with a pipe wrench, and i can find my axle stands any were!
