Do they just do Carbon, maybe prices for kevlar and GRP may be a cheaper option for members if they can make them off 1 mould:)

No they do grp and kevlar as well,I'll have to get prices on them though.Once the mould is made we can get any of them made up:D

Sounds good to me:)

irish s12 08-06-2010 21:14

I'm getting carbon though:D

i'd love one but as my plenum and throttle body switch sit high, so i have to have that silly bulge in mine, i think i'll eventually make another plenum, or alter the runners.

sounds good mate, it would be good if we could make the rear window smaller, like the sillohette, it would save loads of weight.what about doors too, or would that be an mot failure.

irish s12 08-06-2010 23:15

Sure we could make a whole s12 in carbon if we can get 1 to make the moulds off.
I'm thinking about bootlid, bonnet and light covers anyway.
Would you lend me your car for the gp kit to be copied?
Or does anyone have 1 not fitted yet to copy?

Knew you would be posting over here mate. I am working on funds and such. Very keen but have spent quite a bit as of late to finish my swap. :(

I know of a perspex place on the same estate as where I work but haven't chased it up yet. :)
