Nope day glow hitler didnt say anything. It was only a lil wheelspin,I got slapped by claire on the leg as i did it to stop.So thanks to her we didnt get caught. The civic lot were all casught on the gate and i think there club is now bad named for next year. :) Speak to ITG Den when you next need a filter and they will custom make you one as i think even the one you have just got may be a tad too small. Glad its improved now though. |
i though it may be a tad small to start with, but we looked at RK'S filter on the skyline and it was exactly the same size, those mesh filters flow lots of air and i've run one for the last 5 years, theres been no problems with them, they seem to filter ok.

Yep - Filter was good (even though it came clean off the mount! - i.e. fell apart from the heat my engine produces... :D - Had an exhaust maker bond it with some kind of liqud silicon heat resistant glue, so shouldn't do it again). Car's running well now after you guys helped me out! - but still down on boost :( - Simon's going to check for leask, and test/map it up for more boost tomorrow, so it'll be like christmas again... :D woohoo! Getting that mega-f*ckoff BOV fitted tomorrow too - Simon's going to put a boss in for me... :D ...Oh yeah - was well worth taking a day off work for! |
yep den let us know how it goes tomorrow, hope it goes ok, i think i should look into finding a better design plenum and bigger throttle body for you, has anyone got a donor det manifold that i could have for cheap, i could try and design a big chamber with ram pipes in, ;)
