We have paid for the club stand and asked for the plot to be in the same location as last year but on the end instead of the middle.

Hi, day passes and weekend passes cost the same. If you would like to get a ticket before the 1st July they cost £11 per person, but if you buy on the day tickets cost £15 per person. Let me know if you want to buy them in advance and I can send you the form via email.

Could you bring the BBQ along and a few beers (I think everyone tends to bring some food and drink), I think Richard is bringing the genny. Is the BBQ quite big or do you think we need a 2nd one as backup?

Jon and I are leaving for JAE friday lunchtime should be up there by 3-4pm to set up the stand :)

Why don't we do a list of things we need and then people can put their names against things, should stop us ending up with 5 BBQ's and no buns!!
