i found a spare pump.try cleaning the iaa unit and the cold start up as well, can't hurt anything.

its fixed! Well sort of, today had the dash out and as much of the bulkhead aspossible... Water had been running down inside the bulk head, unfortunatly i have 1 piss wet thru ecu, and a sea of rust, must have been bad for years, nearly the entire bulkhead under the windscreen is gone, all under the scuttle panel. More welding needed! And need 2 wring my ecu out

i can remember my mk2 astra gte getting wet into the ecu.

has it got an intercooler on it oscar ?

not yet, was going 2, but this problem bin keeping me busy

well the ecu is dry now, and seems 2 run a lot better, but stil seems down on power, but at least its running ok now
