feck feck feck! Ok i had only loss of power, now i have very bad idle again! Its okish while driving, but idling like poo! I cant think of anything left to check!

damn the missus has given me an ultimatum, fix the car by next weekend or i have to sell it!

ok mite have found it, i can hear air escaping fron the pop valve in the inlet manifold and if i play with it it affects the idle! Just gota find a large bolt to stick in it! Where have you lot got urs from?

go to jacksons building supplies just off of the doughnut in chesterfield, you will get a brass threaded bung, thats where i got mine from for about £3.

was an imperial tapered thread plumbing blanking plug used in my last 2:D

i think its a 1" bsp thread

martin mentioned it before on a previous thread.
