-40mm rears 350lb and avo fronts fitted, instead of the old wallowy beast it was it just grips and tries to headbutt the horizon. Had a little cock behind me in a saxo coming off a roundabout in second, gave it some and it snaked a little and left him wondering what the hell had hit him :D

Ride is still comfortable, looks slightly lower at the back than the front.

Well pleased.

What spec did you go for then, after reading this lot tempted to go for new rears as mine are about fooked:D :D

i called them a month or 2 ago and he wanted like £80 odd quid for a pair!
£30 for each spring £10 p&p and £10 odd vat.....he wouldent do a better price so i left them.

sorry to bump and old thread, but i have my shocks now, thanks to kyle, was good to meet you.

im gonna put on new springs with them too, im gonna go for 350lb -25mm will valley springs do these for me shaun??? and if so whats there number m8 please.

i could do with a set of Front Tie Rod (strut bar) Bushes to for the front, assuming thats the bar that stops the wheel flapping forwards and backwards??

best place to get them from anyone???

superflex do the tie rod bushes (280zx) and the link pin bushes( universal) 10mm front i think, 8 mm back, , also do the D anti roll barbushes,i look you the number up for vally springs.
