Considering buying...

A set of kei office coilovers for the front of S12 along with all the other parts I need for conversion;

s13 LCA, adjustable tension rods, s14 tension rod brackets, s13 knuckle, and s13 rack n pinion with adapter to fit s12 steering column

Fella says there's about 10,000 miles on them, no cracks/leaks etc.

Wondering if people could advise me, cheers.

what are you going to do with the back?

Super Ace-K 07-04-2010 23:22

Well probably just save up money a bit more and try and get two coils for the back or maybe just new springs/shocks?

Is what's being sold all I need as he was saying about S13 brakes (rotors/calipers)

not sure about the rack but you'll deffo want s13 hubs.

Aye at this point i'm trying to just gather all the parts I need. All those that are mentioned I can get for 400, worth it?

CamInHead 08-04-2010 18:07

You really want to renew all the usual consumeables like the lower balljoints, Track Rod Ends etc. I haven't priced any of this up yet (I'm actually about to start now).

See this is what I mean, I essentially need a 'Dummies' guide to S13 coilover coversion onto S12. I thought all those parts guy was selling me was all I needed.

CamInHead 08-04-2010 18:18

I'm about to price it all up at Driftworks, Apex and blueprint pattern parts (I like blueprint). I suggest you do the same and see how it works out.
