A water hose that apparently doesn't exist!
Nissan cannot locate this hose. Apparently it doesn't exist according to their diagrams. Saying that, they asked me to take these photos so they can send them to Japan to get a part number identified!

I know the one.
Why do you want a new one? |

I aint got FAST at work, but they probably couldn't find it on their.
Did they show you their parts system with systematic drawings of the parts? |
Nope, they can't find it. I have their printout here as well. It simply is not on their diagram!
They've got a mechanic who used to work on S12's looking for it now and he can't find it yet he knows the hose. http://www.nissansilvia.co.uk/random/hose/diagram.jpg This diagram is incorrect. It states that hose 14022 (top right) joins on to where this hose I'm after joins on. |
14022 is probably the one to order to be honest

Hmm what about 14052?
Maybe not thinking about it. Can't tell without looking at a manifold. |

Bloody hell that's the one!!
Isn't it water then? What is it? |
Think it connects to the lump of metal where the pcv valve goes to, effectively connecting the pcv valve to the inlet manifold.
Been a while since I've seen one. IIRC there is a hose which comes from the carbon canister thing, to the pcv, then there is a hose which connects to the inlet manifold under the TB |
Many thanks tim, I have ordered one from Nisssssan now :D
