Had serious RTA! *****PICS NOW ADDED****

Can't *ucking believe it, just got back to my mates house in Billericay last night and some nob jocky in a 3 series BMW pulled out of a side road on the wrong side of the give way markings(cutting the corner)without stopping and giving way. Well the long and the short is my beloved car which I've just got back is Fecked to say the least. Me and my mate spent most of the night at hospital. Were both battered and bruised but no long term probs. I'll post up some pics when I can. *astard thing is I've only the Classic Insurance Three days and they sounded surprised when I rang them ie suspicious! Anyways I'm back off to bed for some rest.............

ffs thats real crap luck m8, i assume the guy stopped???? and police called to do him for undue care and attention??

glad no long term probs, is the silvia that bad, most that have smacks on here have been rebuilt.

as mentioned on another site. That sucks big time :furious

keep a diary of all events, no matter how small as it may come in handy when you claim.

Thats really unlucky :(

Hope you get fixed soon. Just remember, its only a car at the end of the day, at least you're still in one piece.

rpettafor 19-06-2007 11:36

that really sucks, sorry to hear about it, glad your ok though

northerner 16-08-2007 19:12

Well after a phone call from my Insurance assessor y'day, I was given Two options. Have my claim settled for £1k or have the car and £800. Have thought it through, I cant be arsed with it all so its gone to Universal Salvage somewhere down south. As for the *wat who caused it all, hes now being prosecuted by Essex Police for without due care but hes still trying to say I was speeding! Anyways looks like it will take upto six months to finalise

Wocketfast 16-08-2007 19:23

Well I hope it all goes through, probably wasnt worth the hassle of trying to fix the car. £800 for it seems a bit steep in that condition
