Radiator Pipe!!!
 

Istalled my Volvo 740 intercooler and rad but now im having problems with the rad piping as one has to go to the other end as you will be able to see from the pic, the problem is the only way that i can do it so far is to put a very tight U-bend inthe piping.

So the question is, does neone have any ubends tight enough or is there another way around this.

Ahh bugger just realised ive posted this in the wrong section, well neway its in here now so if anyone can help it would be much appreciated.

right mate, you need a bluebird thermostat housing, search for pics of my engine bay on my blue mk1, it sits facing forwards, richard kimbley has one spare.

he hosts this web site, he is on msn, i think you will have to get rid of the fan and use an electric fan, or you will chop into the hose, it will make it rev a bit better as well, i'll talk to him on msn, and tell him mate,;)

AMT should get on with the fj. The Block hasnt even been bored or test assembled for blueprinting..

thats my fualt jon, i should of taken the block last thursday, but i let the test run out on the car, i still hav'nt got it tested yet, to many problems at home at the moment, but i think i'am getting there:) .i'll be ok in about another 6 months, when a certain person leaves my house.

Thought you were selling the FJ :confused:
