It keeps the engine cool, and warms up quite fast....BUT, i don't have a water cooled turbo. I could be really interested in one, would like to get the summer out of the way first and make sure its ok in summer temperatures as im not so sure.

s13eater 06-03-2006 23:05

PukkaSilvia 06-03-2006 23:24

there the same size from first glance.the s13 rad just looks alot tidier and its thinner and less 80's.

odd, I'm changing to an s12 rad in my s13 because it's bigger and better

PukkaSilvia 07-03-2006 01:24

I know the s12 rad holds more but for the difference i preferred the s13 radiator. Its doing a good job

i just need one within 550mmx400x55mm. preferably in aluminium. thought that civic one would do the job. seems cheap for aluminium. still waiting for the measurements to be sent to me.

cant you use a volvo 740 one and header tank? their smaller than s12 and do a good job and not that heavy,i could measure it if you like

gripo 07-03-2006 16:39

ok measure it and i will see whether it fits behind my intercooler

turbomike 07-03-2006 17:03

height 450mm,width 570mm,thickness 65mm

gripo 08-03-2006 16:57

might be a bit too wide. have you got a piccie of it? how much you want for it?
