and apparently the marha RR reads 5% more than the dyno dynamics, so the 276bhp that i got on the marha roller would have been a bit more than 305bhp that i got tonight on the dynamics, but i'd rather take this result, as they are spose to be an exellent set up.:D i must say a special thanks top andy @ AMT engines for all his time and effort, and julian @ track car solutions, we also had tone in his supra that made 417bhp with minor mods and mark from wraith automotive that made 288bhp with minor mods on his s14a:D

happy but not satisfied yet, theres still more to come, ie: the cam is 2 degs out, i'am fitting a bigger ic and bigger pipe work, water/methanol injection, more fuel on the mapping and take it from the first run instead of the 4th, nice and fresh, no heat soak,330bhp easy:D 8 FUCKIN VALVE POWER, KICKS ASS:D lol.325 feckin lbs/ft,

oldschoolsilvia 18-03-2006 18:08

Awesome numbers.

PukkaSilvia 18-03-2006 19:02

Excellent Results and that max power figure isnt too far up in the rpm. :)

s13eater 19-03-2006 16:49

yeah, i'am wondering if timing the cam in will take it up the rev range, i'am a bit confused really cos piper told me that the std cam was 256/108 degrees, and the piper item was a 268/110 degrees, but i think martin said that std was 110 degrees and piper was 112 degrees, i ant got me manual here to check, can anyone check there manual if possible.:) i'll ring piper again 2mz for the spec of there's.

30psi 19-03-2006 16:54

Adjusting the cam will only make a small difference. The pipe cam is set to 110 degs and the standard one is 112 degs

s13eater 22-03-2006 16:02

i suppose you have to try anything when your chasing those last few horses.:D

FLEXXX 23-03-2006 12:29

mad figures and all that from an 8 valver http://www.nissansilvia.co.uk/vbb/im...ons/icon14.gif nice job mate

rob turbo 23-03-2006 21:31

take it thats flywheel power....

PukkaSilvia 23-03-2006 21:34

i should think so yeah. Awesome results.

s13eater 25-03-2006 08:28

yeah, according to wrc technologies at silverstone the place where i hade it dyno'd before use a marha set up and it reads 5% more which would have given me about 321bhp, i also had a RR read 9bhp more than the marha which would be about 330bhp, its good bhp for an 8 valve, but all rollers are different so its no use comparing unless the cars are on the RR on the same day.:)
