Evil Dave

Has anyone heard of Evil Dave? I am sure I have emailed him in the past but I can't remember. Anyway a friend of his has emailed me and wants to get back in touch with him so I am trying to help out by posting here.
If you know him ask him to email me then I can sort it out.
