wheels, damn it!

i am finding it incredibly difficult to find a set of nice looking wheels,
but to my astonishment, i have just looked on the' post your picture up of your motor', and noticed that 'pukkasilvia' has fitted superlights.they look amazing.
pukkasilvia, where did you find these alloys and do you have any problems with them fouling the arches?:D

Dunno if it's still on here (I'm not too sure if it was sticky! :D ) - but there was a thread a while ago giving some info regarding which other combinations/makes/models fitment fits our very own Silvias? - Might be worth a mooch, if that's the reason you're having a hard time finding something to suit! :)

Den.

yes as Den said.... Theres a few other threads if you search the forum.

Thanks for the nice compliment on the wheels though. The do foul the arches as there 9" wide. Im currently making wider arches anyway AND will be spacing them out 10mm more at the rear each side. there custom made wheels, I bought them off Another s12 fanatic.

If i could suggest any wheels to you at the moment i would go for these. They will fit straight on with no problems and will look the dogs boll*xs

very nice,

at the moment my s12 is running on standard 200sx, 15" doo-berries,there is not alot of arch left so i was thinking about going to 16" instead.

at the moment i think i am running on chopped springs, not to sure though.

where would i be able to find some replacement springs for front and rear?

Look for wheels that fit:

Rover 600
Rover 800
200sx S13
Honda Accord
Honda Legend
Honda Prelude
Hyundai's

There maybe some more as well. Also note that some 4 stud wheels are also mult-fitment and therefore can fit providing the centre bore and offset is resonable.

I got these last week:

Wheels

I fitted a nice set of 16 inch wheels from a Rover 800 before my S12 went into the body shop and they looked pretty good -

Its due out the shop in the next month or two however I have reconditioned the original wheels and lowered the car on PI springs and its looking good, I feel the more original the better but it has to be lowwwwwwwwwww.

I really like those wheels Martin, I was trying to get claire to have them on her civic last year but then she found her ones she has now at a bargain price. Shame there not going to go on your s12 martin.:(
