pipe identification
 

Hi guys,
some more questions.......
cars half done turbo gaskets done and back on intercooler plumbed in etc. manual overboost valve blocked off but the is another pipe that goes from the inlet manifold (lh side bout 3/4" dia) to the intake hard pipe. What is this for?
