hiya, i got a car with a CA18ET fitted. Runs wiseco forgies, pauter rods, T28 hybrid, volvo FMIC, leccy water pump, autosprint cam, vernier cam pulley, Emerald M3DK management, 440cc inj, oil squirters. Soon to have S14 close ratio box, canadian CA20 FFwd plenum, more boost and traction control too.:cool:

I had an owner of one of these buy an et engine off me earlier in the year, Is it a common swap for you guys? Nice spec. Its more than most et powered s12s have got done to there Engines. Impressive :)

Its a later scimmy than that.

Search for SS1's. They came with the 1.6 CVH or the CA engine

as i remember they weigh around 900kg and have a 0/60 time of 6.6 as standard

no its not one of the old 'princess anne' coffin dodger jobbies (known within scimitar circles as bread vans or hearses), but was styled in a joint effort by Stevie Wonder and Ray Charles. Its cheap (was anyway...) light @ 750kgs ish, 'proper' wheel drive (not:ghey FWD or slightly less :ghey 4WD) and no one knows what it is! That appeals to my sense of humour when skyline, 355, TVR owners look at my times and then feel a bit sick :trout

I was looking at getting one 18months ago, but they get very good money, so didn't bother trying to find one.

Craig - What have you done to the brakes? I understand these are metro derived aren't they?

i saw craig race at thoresby park,( where the jap show is held) last summer, it sets of well to say it was in second gear:)
