will this work on my car? serial number is # AFC3 K1-33934.. aparently the s12 isn't listed in the manual!

Yes use S13 settings and refer to an S12 service manual to work out which wires to splice

clubs-12.org have a write up about this. they use R31 pin out if I'm not mistaken. search on the forum. I've read it.
