how much modification is required to a CA18DET tubular manifold to fit it to a S12 ?????

Im in the same boat, have got both maniolds.... i would say a lot of modifiction!

can you be more specific please ???? is the inlet flange the same ???? does the turbo come in anything like the right position ?????

lots, of modding including a whole new flange. there's a custom one just gone up for sale on SXOC
