hi all , iv just had me s12 roling roaded and it came out with 146bhp ,what whould the next step be to get more power out of it on a low budget the spec is as follows

mushroom stile filter
3" stainless turbo back system
intercooler
over boost valve blocked off
10psi boost

Is that at the wheels? I'd be expecting more like 165bhp (fly) at that kind of power maybe a little bit more.

With a bar of boost you should be very close to 200bhp

thats old optomistic dyno money though Mart, realistically the injectors are maxed at 185bhp-ish. I would expect a little more than 146 with those mods though

doc got 189bhp and thats doing really well IMO for a T2

its at the fly ,
iv booked it in to have a good setup on the rollers , is there any thing specal that i can do to when im seting it up

A few people have got close to 200bhp. Doc's 189bhp is close, its only 5% behind 200bhp.

146bhp is low though. Boost needs turning up

change the turbo i got a t28 for £100 n didnt need rebuildin or anything n that made a huge difference to power even if u put a t25 on will still make a big difference have u run 1/4 mile in it ?
