Register on AUS12?

Anyone on here a member that can msg an admin on there for me and tell them I'm not a spambot? I've tried to register a few times but i'm not getting a validation email back. I tried emailing the only mod address you can get if your not registered but no response, maybe coz I'm using a hotmail address?? Seems to be a pretty big scene over there and some of them guys are producing new stuff for our old girls and I wouldn't mind getting my hands on some of it. Thanks if anyone can help

Are you using the new Hotmail (Live mail or something)?

PukkaSilvia 16-01-2008 19:05

No, just some people don't trust hotmail addresses as opposed to a proper isp address.

Thanks Pukka :D

we have not had a single spambot on here that was via a hotmail account. They all have there own emailer via there own server.

I have to manually validate every new user now on here. we get about 5 spambots sign up everyday which i then have to delete.

why not update the software / enable/install user verification system like all the other forums

PukkaSilvia 02-02-2008 23:37

Richk would have to do that as he has the forum licence details. He was the one who changed it over to manual verification. Its no big deal as it only takes about 30 seconds and i can do that at the same time as the forum backup
