S13 gearbox pics needed
 

Anyone got a pic of the top part where the gearstick is ??? I've bought a short-shifter and all bolts up bar the larger bolt on the left as the hole doesnt align. Problem is I can only get one gear, I think 3 rd and nothing else. I'm thinking its for a skyline as I bought it SH from Ebay. Anyone got any ideas ? this is the one I bought

i have a apex short shifter on my s13 box and it does look the same as the one in the picture

do you mean you've fitted an s13 short shift kit to an s12 box?

You'd need to compare s13 and s12 standard sticks to see if they're the same, I think they wont be if you're having this trouble. I've only ever dealt with mk1 boxes personally.

yea i have fitted a s13 short shifter to my s13 box

The short shifter made up of little bits that you can buy defo fits a late s12 box.

On the MKII S12 box there is a larger bolt on the LH side half way up which doesnt line up with the S13 short shifter. I might drill another hole in the shifter I have and try and get it to fit :cool:
