Running issue ?
HI,
When I got the car it was a non runner but I have got it going...there are a couple of issues if anyone can help...the car wont start unless you "crimp" the fuel return pipe (to the fuel tank) at the injection manifold...I think fuel pressure valve or injector rail...anyone any other ideas ? So for I have changed the fuel pump for a bigger S12 version but it made no difference ? If the fuel return pipe is blocked of the turbo does not boost so it would appear that it needs to be this way Any help appreciated. Thanks Stephanie www.edinburghretrocars.co.uk |
