diff ratios
 

can any one tell me what the ratios for a manuel and auto diff ?
am i write thinking the manuel ahs better top end and auto better lower gears ?
finding out for a friend who has 6 10 datsun with a sr20det in it and he is off on track day the diff in it has a 3:5 ratio i think he said geard to 180mph not that it can go that fast lol

acording to the nissan manual

1.8T Auto = 3.9

1.8T Man = 3.7

2.0 FJ20 = 4.111
