silvia s12 diff removal
 

well i want to remove the diff casing to place an lsd in it

have spent an hour looking at the diff and drive shafts and was wondering how to get it off the car

the diff itself does not seem a problem but seem you wil have to take the driveshafts down with it

can someone tell me how to do this or is there a how to?

I've done it by unbolting the shafts at the hub end and taking the diff down with both shafts. I can't think of another way

I think there's a sticky thread about chaning rear beam bushes. That's sure to help.
