Sealed Beam Replacement Kits

Has anybody seen these replacement kits for sale, other than ebay listings in America/HongKong ?

No, where did you find those, and are they ok for RHD

the picture is from clubS12 (america). And no I don't think they'd work for RHD beam pattern.
