car wont start in snow
 

tried everything al week. it used 2 run fine now al it does is flood constantly.
Almost had it runningtoday but bogged down.

Iknow ive got spark, fully charged batery an feul preasure and -15 deg timing.

It just doesnt wanna start .

Anyone had this problem?
