Silvia slave cylinder question

someone may have answered before but any other nissan models have the same slave cylinder ? According to Fast, no other models share the same part number. I've been on brakesint.com and other places for a new one as nissan are v.expensive, but no-one lists them any more...

i can still get them for cheap, tell me the size that is printed on your cylinder and i'll get you a price, i used an s14 one with the rb25 box, steve, did you get my pm about the rear subframe? i wanted to know how many mm you slotted it for the camber conversion.

I will check and get back.
I havent got a PM matey but from memory it was the same again as the bolt hole. As I was only going -30mm and would have only needed 2 degree's ish. If you going more than that I would add some more but be carefull as you would be going off the bottom of the standard bracket, if you see what I mean

do you know the thickness of the top and bottom of your bushes mate ?, i need to re-do my ally one as i din't make them in 2 halves, so my subframe is riding up on the drivers side and when i set off it sits down on the back and the body kit catches the wheel :o.i think its sitting 10mm to low on the drivers side.

cant remember off the top of my head but its roughly 10/15mm

Seen as this thread has been hijacked already I'm going tohiack it for a mini-rant. WHy the hell can't I find a machine shop that an be arsed to make up a couple of brackets and slot those holes ? None of them seemingly can be arsed. How do these run a business with that kind of attitude ?

i think i'll just slot both sides, then weld the original holes up, i've got the z31 rear end now:).

that's small businesses mate - i work for an engine specialist in clubman motorsport and the attitude is very much the same. it shocked me coming from a corporate background but as time has gone on it's become understandable - at the end of the day little things like that are too much time and effort for such a small return.

the thickness of the top and bottom of the bushes is 15mm the top, and 17mm the bottom :D as i have the same set unfitted.
