Windscreen strip

I've got some rust building up along the top of the windscreen and the rubber strip is perished and looking kinda shitty. Anyone know whether its possible to find a replacement strip if I remove it?

mine did the same, i could only get it replaced when i had the screen replaced. not saying it cant be, but thats how i did it, lol

hmm, might give a windscreen fitter a call and see how I could go about it. I thought it would be a part that Nissan may have to supply

EDIT: https://plus.google.com/photos/11798...057?banner=pwa See the latest pic for the strip I'm referring to.

Might still be available as they still have the part number on the system and its giving a price for the kit of £267 plus vat but my mate can do it for £240 plus post. If you need it call 0151 924 9101 and ask for Parts and mention steve for the discount

 wow didn't think it'd be that much. Gave that number a ring and spoke to Stewart. He advised me that the top strip doesn't come on its own, it only comes parts of the kit. He also said that availability is not guaranteed, it could still be unavailable even after I order  because nissans' dealership stock system aren't linked together. Might give each and every one a ring on a rainy day.

Thanks guys, I'll keep searching for an alternative.
