Clutch Fluid

Haven't been on here for ages, my S12 has been garaged for a few years!

Can I use brake fluid for the clutch fluid, from what I remember that's what the manual recommends?

Dot 3 or Dot 4?

Does anyone know how much I would need for a full drain?
