Silvia 2.0 OHC Diesel Arrived today

HI Guys,

Picked this little "begger" up today, the person who out bid me on e-bay didnt bother to get in touch with the owner so he sent me an e-mail and asked if I was still interested.

It has a pretty good shell with no sunroof and is fitted with a 2.0 non turbo "Very Slow" Diesel engine. Its a bit bashed about but it has a few good bits such as the wheels, doors, bonnet, drivers wing (rust free), a tow bar, original 2.0 gearbox, prop and diff etc. There is also the classic orange seats and black door trims, carpet, dash and roof lining.

My Boyfriend has a 2.0 DOHC engine and is suggesting restoring the car and fitting it with the 2.0 engine as he believes the car is to rare to scrap.

Thing is I have been searching for ages for a wing and a bonnet etc - bit of a dillema.

What do you guys think ?

If you restore then you could be one of only a very few people owning an Fj20 in the country!. Great car but the orange seats would have to go!

Hi Pukka,

I got the car for £100 and I think it was a bit of a bargain as it is going to live again.............!
