you english is a little hard to understand, but i think i get the idea, sounds like you have the fan belt squeeling, you need to tighten or replace it, to tighten it...

when i had mine out a short time ago, i think the electrics for the illumination are from a wire that goes into the back of a bulb, that plugs in the back of the dash...
