And the splitter should be do able with a dodgy plastic primer underneath the paint.

Could be a weak pump...if not could still be blocked...sometimes they are a knob to clear!

If so squirt an air line down the tube. And that'll probably solve it.

If not try a pin down the end's...

At least it forced me to upgrade to the Walbro....
