the t28 in that picture has the take-off tapped into the elbow bolted onto the outlet, it's my old one. In my experience taking the feed from after the intercooler will give more stable boost as it's telling the actuator what is actually happening just before the plenum rather than just after the turbo. it helps to account for boost drop across an intercooler
