ok so i pulled the engine out had a little look at the side of it and it all looked sweet, apart from a bit of oil here and there......couldent see any signs of oil coming out of the headgasket so started to take the oil feed off, even tho it looked fine as well, and when i went to undo one of the bolts holding it to the engine one side of the feed just came away and sheared off, so it was obviously leaking from there so now i don't know what to do, put this engine back in or my spare i think i did about a mile with barely any oil pressure getting to the services with it, the temp dident rise but it dident have much oil left in it, i was only doing about 50mph tho......or put my spare in which came out a crashed car and hasent been run for over a year
i think i'll have a beer and sleep on it and decide tomorow
