How much do you want to spend?
You have these options:
lowering springs on standard dampers
lowering springs with KYB's
rear lowering springs and converted coilovers with camber tops
rear lowering springs and S13 coilovers
S13 coilovers all round.
Further down the list gives better results however involves more work and more money.
S13 coilovers can be fitted to the front if you get the hubs as well, and this will give damn good results. The rear end will be saggy in comparison so you could either go custom springs or adapt S13 ones to fit. If you can weld and angle grind I reckon these wouldnt be too hard to fit.
I would consider improved bushes as well.
