Everything is bolt in. The only issue is the tapered hole that the track rod end goes into on the hub is slightly smaller on the S13.

This means the nut only goes on half way down. Now you can grind the hub down a bit which will allow the nut down further enough to put a split pin on.

Also the wheels will be quick towed out, so therefore you have to adjust the rod ends outwards, which don't leave many threads holding them together. Its probably ok but not ideal.

That said if you use S13 track rods and ends the above won't be an issue at all.

The S13 rods are pretty thin and have been known to snap whilst drifting. I've got these to go on, which allow more adjustment as well, so more spacers can be used:
