Problem solved
..popped in a new set of BCPR7ES's gapped 0.9mm last night, turned the boost back up and the missfire/flatspot had gone away completely. Plugs looked nice biscuit brown colour and had only done 3k miles or so
. Thanks for all help , probably saved me cost of a new fuel pump and intercooler
