Just make sure you have it skimmed and both surfaces are immaculate before you assemble. The rest if fairly nuts and bolts stuff. A nice "clean as possible" environment always helps. Make sure you use the correct torque settings (I have a Nissan workshop manual so can look them up if you need, someone will probably geek out and tell you what they are off the top of their head though! )

Most head's should be torqued down in a certain order (middle out I think ) But if you take your time then it should cause you no massive hardships!

Have you found a car then? or just checking one out?
