Could be breathers, eg alot of oil mist coming out of the rocker cover, the pcv valve stuck open would cause this, or it could be that the oil seal on the compressor side of the turbo is slightly weak.
Its not uncommon though. I wouldn't be alarmed, just look into installing a catch tank.
