I sat a T2 dowpipe on the exhaust housing and with it only being a 4 stud housing theres a rather large gap between 2 of the studs which would cause a weakness for a blow over time imo.

it works on renault t GTTs when they upgrade from t2 to t25, but I bow down to your greater engineering knowledge
