there was a thread on sxoc recently about what to look out for, and as for specs/models most come with the ca18et 1.8 single ohc turbo, but a few early ones came with the 2 litre dohc fj20e.
and things like power steering/elec windows/elec mirrors/sunroof/central locking were optional extras.....
after f reg or summit they were facelifted and called the mk2, revisions included bigger front & rear bumpers, different gearbox and different front grille, etc
