I've compared s12 an s13 gearbox internals and the s13 ones have bigger stronger sprockets and less holes in the sandwich plate.
They all suffer from the front shaft bearings getting starved of oil,but the s13 box is deffinitely stronger and as a result should last longer.
I'm putting 300ponies through mine,and so I want it to last.
