tie/track rod removal

i need to change the nearside tie rod on my silvia for mot, cos its bent
just wondering if anyone has done this and could give me any tips, as i havent done it before, also i presume i will need to replace the steering rack gaitor and track rod end? i have got to take one out of my spare silvia and then fit it.......
any help appreciated

Weren't the bottom arm bent as well?
