Default water pump

i need to change the water pump on my spare engine as its going in my car soon.
anyone done this before got any tips? and do i have to remove the cambelt?

You might just be able to do it with the cam belt in place I reckon. Its gonna be close.

i'm guessing i'll have to get an impact wrench on the bottom pulley bolt as the engines out of the car......

if the gearbox is off, just put some of the bolts that hold the clutch pressure plate on and put a tire leaver between them and get someone to hold

If the engine is in the car crank the handbrake on and put it in a high gear, it should hold.
