i seem to have just picked up a rattle/nocking noise from the o/s front wheel area... when you travel over bumps or a bumpy road surface during normal driving, it sounds a tad like a rattle/nocking... there appears to be no play in the wheel when i shake it, however when i bounce the corner i can hear i rattle/nocking just passed it's MOT with this, so...
any ideas please..!! cheers

Could be a lot of things. Broken spring comes to mind but anything like that should have spotted on the 'test.
Does the car pull to one side, or has the steering wheel position changed ? |

Could be an anti-roll bar drop link, had a similar thing on my daily hack and that sailed through it's MOT. Sometimes if the weight sits funny on the links the worn bushes don't seem as bad. Its an easy first thing to check though.

blown shock? would only have been picked up on MOT if it had a visible leak
