Its funny how its illegal over there to have there rotors redrilled. The thin bracket that they've used there is pretty worrying though, the caliper will flex on its mountings.

I did a recent upgrade with 315mm M3 disks. The whole conversion costs 160 quid from DB Power for an S13 hub:

Agree with the Guys abroad Jobby bracket is much to thin in my opinion.
