Hi everyone , i thought id introduce myself to you all......so..i trailered my new puchase back to leic from croydon last weekend some of may have seen it on ebay...a 1988 manual in light blue sold as a none runner with 4 flat tyres...well i got it running on his driveway and his face kinda dropped (the starter motor just needed a little tap),pumped the tyres up..and all was good.. went to put it in gear to drive onto the trailer and the clutch pedal hit the floor...oh well had to get the winch out after all..spent the last week or so genarally looking round it..the engine seems great (not breathing at all)..the body is solid got a stack of dealer history with it..so im quite happy....just a few minor cosmetic bits to do...and the spoiler needs replacing.. the car has been off the road for a couple of years and its 101000 on the clock...just need to get the clutch master cylinder sorted then i can see what the drive is like.. well no doubt ill be getting help and advice of some of you lot in the near future...
