do s14 injectors fit in a s12 and would it make much difference wen i get the t28 in a nd wrking?

no, s14 uses completely different type of injector. S13 ones can be made to fit with a little bit of work. you'll need some way of adjusting the fueling too as it will overfuel massively with just dropping the injectors in. I'll be working on a chip again at some point reasonably soon. it's been shelved for a while due to personal issues
