Drifting
i dont know how many of you are into or have tried drifting but i am very intrested in doing a drift day or school type thing to learn more about it!
i can drift so to speak ie i can hold a drift round a roundabout with the nose pointing at the round about but i want to be taught the rights and wrongs! has anyone done or know off anywhere you can do this? |

most of my mates use drift central, or go along to trampdrift days, one of my mates own a website u might like to try, www.trampdrift.com

I take it youve got a welded diff then, or a LSD as my silvia wont hold a drift due to the open diff trying to straighten me out.

not yet dont have anyproblems once u reach a certain point it will hold lol!!
i see a trampdrift day i was guna go till i found out it was in wales!!! lol |

Theres a drift day at lydd in a couple of weeks, pratice day is saturday, £8 for a go.

Adzs12 posted a good few videos up of us lot drifting with std diffs. Never seemed to be a problem

The difference here is what some people call a drift, letting the back step out on a junction isnt going to cut the pie, i pesonally think the standard diff isnt up to the job, or maybe im expecting too much from a 20year old car.
